ISOLA ROSSA (RED ISLAND)

The paperweight on our desk isn't from Mars, even though it might look like it. It comes from a place that is just 8 km from our Sardinian house, and which is absolutely worth visiting. It is called Isola Rossa, and it is a wonderful rocky promontory, entirely made up of red rock. 500 meters from the coast, a red islet emerges, from which the town takes its name. Words cannot describe the beauty of the place. Let's let the images do the talking.
