BOOKING POLICIES:

Once booked, you will be contacted to agree on the payment methods. A 25% deposit is required to be paid within one week. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. The balance is expected before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellations, any balance paid will be refunded but the deposit will be retained.

In case of postponement of the period we will try to meet your needs, as far as possible limited to the availability of the apartment.
